World Mobile and Zebec are launching ZebecNET, a decentralized mobile network where connectivity and money move together. Built on World Mobile’s DMVNE stack[1] with global eSIM support[2], ZebecNET keeps payroll, payments, and card services online wherever you go. It is designed for programmable finance[3], with planned reach across 70+ countries.

What is Zebec?
Zebec is a finance company built to make money move as easily as information. It runs payments, payroll, and cards on a blockchain backbone so people and businesses can stay in control of their funds.
Its products connect into one network:
- Payroll and app network
A system for businesses and developers that makes payroll flexible, with options like streaming wages that flow by the minute or hour instead of payday. It also supports automated payouts and tokenized transfers. - WageLink
A payroll app powered by blockchain. It supports USDC salaries, low-cost cross-border payments, and smooth connections to existing banks. Once set up, rules can automatically handle things like split deposits or recurring payouts. - Zebec cards
A no-fee prepaid card that works across multiple blockchains. You can spend crypto anywhere Visa or Mastercard is accepted, and add the card to Apple Pay or Google Pay for tap-to-pay. Since it is non-custodial, your funds stay in your wallet until you decide to spend them.
What does World Mobile provide to the partnership?
World Mobile delivers the connectivity layer that makes ZebecNET possible. It supplies the telecom backbone so Zebec can deliver financial services anywhere.
The DMVNE model
World Mobile’s DMVNE framework manages licensing, compliance, and eSIM provisioning in one place. This allows ZebecNET to function as a mobile network without rebuilding these systems from scratch.
Global coverage
World Mobile’s eSIM technology extends ZebecNET to a truly global footprint at launch, so users stay connected without worrying about borders or roaming gaps.
Why this matters
In many regions, people are excluded from the modern economy because they lack telecom coverage or banking access. ZebecNET helps close that gap. A worker in a village can receive wages instantly, a merchant can accept digital payments, and a traveler can keep spending across borders without interruption.
What does Zebec provide to the partnership?
Zebec provides the financial layer, making payroll, payments, and everyday spending work on top of World Mobile’s connectivity.
Zebec Silver and Carbon prepaid cards
Launching August 2025, the Silver and Carbon prepaid cards will support Apple Pay and Google Pay and be accepted wherever Mastercard is. WMTx support is planned, allowing World Mobile participants to load and spend directly.
World Mobile Debit Card
In September 2025, a World Mobile debit card will follow. Reloadable with WMTx and usable worldwide on the Mastercard network, it is designed for mobile wallets and everyday purchases, giving the community a simple way to spend what they earn.
Why this matters
For WMTx holders, this turns the token into something useful in daily life. Staking rewards, EarthNode payouts, or ecosystem incentives can flow straight to your card, letting you buy groceries or pay for travel with the same token that powers the network. And because the cards are non-custodial, you keep control of your funds until the moment you spend.
Rollout Timeline
Here’s how the rollout will happen:
- August 2025: Zebec Silver & Carbon cards go live
- September 2025: World Mobile Debit Card launch
- October 2025: ZebecNET beta rollout across select regions
ZebecNET unites World Mobile’s connectivity with Zebec’s real-time finance, giving people the power to connect, get paid, and spend freely across borders.
DMVNE stands for Decentralized Mobile Virtual Network Enabler. It covers licensing, compliance, eSIM provisioning, and the core carrier systems needed to run a mobile service. ↩︎
An eSIM is a digital SIM that lets you activate a mobile plan without a physical card. ↩︎
Programmable finance means payments and payroll that run automatically based on software rules, improving speed and reducing intermediaries. ↩︎
