I’m ready to join World Mobile, but where do I go to sign up? Is there a physical store, or do I register online? Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Short answer: sign up online only.
How to get started
- Go to the World Mobile Store.
- Pick a plan and complete signup.
- Choose eSIM and follow the on-screen steps to install it on your phone.
Good to know
- There are no physical storefronts.
- Your phone needs to be unlocked and eSIM compatible.
- You can keep your current number by choosing the port-in option during signup.

Thanks! I just checked out esim.worldmobile.io, but it looks like it’s not for US residents, just travelers. Or did I miss the US plan?

The new website is now released, you can find the World Mobile Phone Plans here.
So to confirm, there is no physical SIM, it’s esim only?
Yeah, that’s right, it’s eSIM only for now, at least in the US. No physical SIMs or retail stores just yet. Everything’s done online through the main site once the plans are live.
Once the affiliate and HEX Guardian programs roll out more, there’s a chance we’ll see local points of sale pop up, but for now it’s all digital. Just make sure your phone supports eSIM before signing up!
